Q: Where does the Louisville Trolley Tour begin?
A: Our fun trolley tours begin and end at 4th & Jefferson St in downtown Louisville. This is directly across the street from the Louisville Visitor Center. GPS users can enter 301 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202.
Q: Is the Louisville Trolley Tour a hop-on and hop-off kind of tour?
A: No. Our goal is to provide you with an overview of the city so that we can show you as much as possible in 75 minutes. We do stop at world-famous Churchill Downs for some photos.
Q: Is the Louisville Trolley Tour narrated?
A: Yes. Our knowledgeable tour guides will keep you entertained and informed for the entire tour.
Q: What time are the Louisville Trolley Tours and how much does it cost?
A: Our fun trolley tours are Monday through Saturday and times depend on month and day. We are always closed on Sundays. Tickets are $24 for adults, $20 for military and for seniors 65 years and older. Kids 10 years or less are only $12.
Q: Where do I buy tickets for Trolley tours? Can I make reservations?
A: Tickets for the Louisville Trolley Tour can be purchased directly from the driver or at the Louisville Visitor Center (301 S 4th St) with cash or credit (cash is preferred for a quick transaction) and are first come / first served. Reservations are always recommended and can be purchased online by clicking HERE. Purchasing online is the only way to reserve your seats on a tour and must be purchased at least one day in advance. If buying online, simply have your confirmation email available on your device or as a print out and present it to the driver of the tour.
Q: Are there restroom stops along the way on the Louisville Trolley Tour?
A: No. We do not stop for restroom breaks during the 75 minute tours. We advise all passengers to use the restroom before departing.
Q: Will I see Churchill Downs, the home of the Kentucky Derby on my Louisville Trolley Tour?
A: Yes, we do go to the world's most famous horse racing track. And we also tour America's largest Victorian neighborhood called "Old Louisville" (also known as America's Most Haunted Neighborhood!!).
