Q: Is the City Tour a hop-on and hop-off kind of tour?
A: No. Our goal is to provide you with an overview of the city so that we can show you as much as possible in 75 minutes.
Q: Where does the City Tour begin?
A: Our fun trolley tours begin and end at 4th & Jefferson St in downtown Louisville. This is directly across the street from the Louisville Visitor Center. GPS users can enter 301 South 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202.
Q: Where does the Craft Brew Tour and the Brandy, Bourbon & Beer Tour begin?
A: Our Craft Brew Tours and Brandy, Bourbon & Beer Tours begin and end at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown at 350 W Chestnut St.
Q: Is the City Tour narrated?
A: Yes. Our knowledgeable tour guides will keep you entertained and informed for the entire tour.
Q: What time are the City Tours and how much does it cost?
A: Our fun trolley tours begin at 10am, 12pm and 2pm Monday - Saturday. We are always closed on Sundays. Tickets are $24 for adults, $20 for seniors 65 years and older and kids 10 years or less are only $12.
Q: Where do I buy tickets for tours? Can I make reservations?
A: Tickets for the City Tour can be purchased directly from the driver or at the Louisville Visitor Center (301 S 4th St) with cash or credit (cash is preferred for a quick transaction) and are first come / first served. Tickets for ALL tours can be purchased online by clicking HERE. Purchasing online is the only way to reserve your seats on a tour and must be purchased at least one day in advance. If buying online, simply print out your confirmation page and bring it with you to the trolley or have it ready to display on your mobile device.
Q: Are there restroom stops along the way on the City Tour?
A: No. We do not stop for restroom breaks during the 75 minute tours. We advise all passengers to use the restroom before departing.
Q: Is the trolley air-conditioned or open air?
A: The trolleys are enclosed and air-conditioned to keep you comfortable. We even provide seat cushions for your comfort.
Q: Will I see Churchill Downs, the home of the Kentucky Derby on my City Tour?
A: Yes, we do go to the world's most famous horse racing track. And we also tour America's largest Victorian neighborhood (the third largest historic preservation district in the US) called "Old Louisville".
